How We Write
This page explains how a guide on Fitness Yoga Asana is made, from the first search to the final check.
1. We start from real questions
We look at what people actually search for about a pose or practice, such as how to do it, who should avoid it and how long to hold it. Each page answers one main question so it can answer it well.
2. Drafting
An editor builds the outline from classical texts, standard teacher training material and our own practice notes. AI writing tools help us with first drafts and with checking structure. A person who practises yoga then rewrites, trims and checks every step against the body: if a cue does not make sense on the mat, it goes.
3. Checking facts
Names, sequences, counts and safety advice are checked against at least two trusted sources, such as classical texts, government yoga protocols and published research reviews. Health claims are kept modest. Where evidence is thin, the page says so.
4. Illustrations
Our pose pictures are original illustrations made with image tools from detailed written descriptions. Figures are faceless on purpose. An editor reviews each picture for correct alignment and replaces any that show a wrong hand, foot or joint position.
5. Updates
We review pages when readers report problems and when guidance changes. Send corrections to guestpostadvertising@gmail.com.
